Recipe of Multigrain flour eggless chocolate cake

Are you craving cake while maintaining a healthy lifestyle or on a diet? Worry not, as our multigrain flour eggless chocolate cake recipe will satiate your hunger and satisfy your sweet tooth. 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of multigrain flour
  • One cup of fresh cream
  • One cup of powdered sugar
  • One cup of milk powder
  • One and a half cups of lukewarm warm milk
  • One and 1/4th of a teaspoon of baking soda
  • One and 1/4th of a teaspoon of baking powder
  • Half cup of cocoa powder
  • Chopped almonds for garnishing

Cooking Process

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream and powdered sugar till it becomes fluffy and soft. Now add the milk powder and multigrain flour. Mix them well. 
  1. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 100 Degree Celsius
  1. Add cocoa powder and lukewarm milk to the mixture. Now, add baking powder and baking soda to the mixture and mix it gently. 
  1. Pour the mixture into a tin greased with oil or butter. Sprinkle the chopped almonds on top. Put the tin into the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  1. Insert a toothpick to check if the cake is correctly cooked or not. If it comes clean, your cake is ready to take out of the oven. 

Serve multigrain flour eggless chocolate cake with tea or as a dessert.
