Ingredients
- 3/4th cup of milk
- One flax egg
- 1/4th cup of olive or sunflower oil
- Two teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/4th teaspoon of salt
- Two finely chopped green chilies
- Small bunch of finely chopped coriander leaves
- 4 cups of multigrain flour
Cooking process
- First, preheat the waffle maker.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat a flax egg with a hand beater till it becomes fluffy. Now add milk, green chilies, baking powder, oil, salt, and coriander till smooth.
- Next, add the multigrain flour and mix well with the other ingredients till it is smooth and there is no lump present.
- Now grease the waffle maker or waffle pan with oil.
- Pour some mix into the hot pan and cook till it becomes golden brown.
- In this way, proceed with the remaining waffle batter.
- Now turn off the heat and put them aside to cool down.
